| ICO Floor Patch Kit is a three part odorless epoxy designed to simplify the repair of small areas by plant maintenance personnel. It contains step by step directions, Part A Resin, Part B Hardener, specially blended filler, and tint that will cover approximately 20 sf at ¼” thickness. | ||

As a “resin-rich” mix it requires no prime coat or “sealer coat” and thus, is well suited to fast turnaround times, especially in wet process areas. ICO Floor Patch material adheres very well to concrete, masonry, and metal surfaces, both dry and damp. It has excellent chemical resistance to caustics, most inorganic acids, oils, gasoline, and some solvents. A non-slip surface can be achieved by backrolling the freshly laid product, then broadcasting aggregate into the still wet surface. It should not be used when temperatures are below 50 F, when downtime needs to kept to a minimum a fast cure version is available. | |
