• ICO Ure Guard TL - Is a three-part, virtually odorless urethane cement flooring material particularly recommended for harsh environments such as below ovens, under fryers or sterilizers, and in extreme thermal shock conditions where super heated steam is used. It is a "resin rich" system normally trowel applied to ¼" thickness in one-step and is totally impervious to liquid penetration without the need of a top coat. Cure times are as low as 10 hours at ambient conditions.

• ICO Ure Guard SL - Is a three-part, urethane cement flooring material recommended for food and beverage plants because of its low odor and in areas subjected to extreme thermal shock and highly acidic cleaners used at elevated temperatures. Normally applied by trowel at 3/16" - ¼" thickness it is then heavily seeded with appropriate aggregate to achieve the desired texture and thickness. Although slightly more costly than the ICO Guard TL version it is easier to apply and is oftentimes the preferred choice on large open areas where aesthetics are more critical.

• ICO Flexi-Coat - a two part, 100%solids, epoxy coating specifically designed for resurfacing bridges and other outside concrete structures. Applied by roller, squeegee or spray, ICO Flexi-Coat dries hard in 8 to 10 hours at 70°F; it provides an impervious barrier to moisture, salt and chemical penetration, thereby preventing freeze/thaw cracking as well as corrosive attack of the rebar. It has superior adhesion to both damp and dry substrates compared to elastomeric membrane coatings with 30% elongation; ICO Flexi-Coat has much better crack and impact resistance than more brittle conventional epoxy overlays.
